What is HIES and how does it protect you?

In order to become an Accredited HIES Member, all installers must first pass their strict accreditation process and to maintain membership must undergo annual vetting to ensure they are consistently complying with the scheme rules and code of practice.
All consumers using a HIES member benefit from free deposit and stage payment protection, free insurance backed guarantees, and free access to their Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved alternative dispute resolution service.
